TOPIC: meeting point for summerpops?

Is it possible for forums members to have a meeting point,or a drink,before the gig?

I have no information about buses or trains to Aintree .             
The problem for me is to come back to the center after the gig.  Does anyone share a taxi with me?

I'll go by plane to Liverpool on 5th....hotel is reserved...I have now to change my ?uros

Looking forward to meeting you at the Pops, yot. I'm sure nearer the time a meet up point will be arranged. Perhaps one of the Forum members who knows the area can post some bus and train information for you. Anyone? I won't be going back into the centre after as I'm heading back to Yorkshire. I'm sure someone will be able to share a taxi or offer you a lift. Have you got any plans for seeing anything else while you're in the UK?
The band is just fantastic, that is really what I think...

Lorna and I are in the good old Adelphi.  How can you not love a hotel whose entire water supply fails for 24 hours?

That was the hotel featured in the fly on the wall series in the 90s ? I wonder if that old battleaxe is still there ?
