I know it isn?t going to happen, but I would crawl over hot coals to see the Aussies perform Amused to Death. Rog didn?t play it in its entirety, so girls and boys, how about it? I?ve heard all the reasons why the band only plays Floyd and not solo stuff, but this is one of the greatest albums ever recorded, and it?s unlikely to be played live again unless some brave tribute steps up to the plate, and there?s only one of those that could do ATD justice.

I second that Nick, a great album and I have never seen it performed live.

What was interesting on the last tour of Perfect Alibi (another fine PF tribute), was that for the first time they played some of DG's stuff and also some of Rogers. Went down well with the audience too. So it has been tried and proved a success..... food for thought Aussies?

Yes Amused To Death is a fine SOLO album by Roger Waters. Lets just keep it that way shall we ?
        TAPFS are a Pink Floyd tribute band,I see nothing to be gained by straying from their chosen path.They ain't broke so there is nowt to fix. No gimmicks are necessary?
                Unless a little bird has asked you to float this idea Nick,just to see what the reaction might be ?

Quite the reverse. I floated the idea, it got nowhere, so I'm hereby starting a petition to try to influence opinion on the matter.
