Doesn't quite sound like an end to end rendition, but I cannot wait - Got the first tickets at the BIC I think.  The box office clerk didn't even know they were coming! I informed her they'd been on sale for a minute by that time.  Taking 5 Virgins with me. (APF ones that is).

I had a little think about the 'Best of The Wall' show last night and my current thought is that the first half will be an hour set of The Wall, and the second half a best of the rest.

Sides 1 and 3 of the Wall are my favourites (apart from Vera & BTBBH - sorry Rog.), with the addidtion of a few tracks from 2 and 4, so it is possible to squeeze that lot down to an hour.

Very High Brow I must say - my copy of The Wall just has two sides !!

Just had a listen to the whole thing again - if they do do a large proportion its going to be hard for those who come expecting to hear Brick Pt2 and don't know the album - its pretty heavy going (I like it, just don't think people who don't know it would).  But as I am in the middle of my row at one venue, and the front row at another, I won't care if the whole audience walk, I will still be there taking in every chord.

I think you are probably right though, they will squeeze it to the first half, maybe a bit longer than usual, but they could drop Comfy and Run LH and do them later, although I think that would be a shame.  Still, it looks like it will shake up the set good and proper which I think needs to be done*. I wonder if they are doing the part of this year so they can figure what didn't work and get it spot on for the 30th Aniversary year 2009.

That would be my guess.  This next tour will be like a rehearsal for the big 2009 tour, which I do expect to be BIG! 

I can't wait 2 years.
