Anyone know why so much of the RAH show has obviously been cut from the DVD and whether a complete version (including Shine On, Run Like Hell, etc) will ever be released?  I'm pleased to now have the DVD but I am a little disappointed that it's not the whole show--they surely could have fit it on there.

I have to agree.  Its a good DVD, but a little disappointing.

Nick did explain this on the original thread of the DVD....This is the reason why.....

The reason the entire show isn't featured is that the band felt that the rest of the footage shot that night (the recording, not the performances) wasn't of the same standard as the songs that are on the DVD and they, as ever, wouldn't release anything less than the highest professional quality. That sort of attention to detail is why they have the hard earned reputation as the best tribute band in the world.

Hey, ya know, it's just another brick in the wall.  At least we have the livepool dvd, which is the original incarnation of the band.  They put on a good show for that dvd so we can at least flip back to it for songs missing on the new one.

And you can flip to the new one for songs not on the 'old one' and for the better stage/light show?

Both dvd are great in their own way.  I'm happy to own both.
