How do I sugest a venue for a local performance?
We have a venue for the APFS to play at. Its the Flint Center in Cupertino California. Its the perfect size.
Here is a link to it:
www.flintcenter.com/
We saw a Pink Floyd laser show there, with about 1000 other people. Its the perfect size and "Caliber" for this band. I believe it holds about 3000 people.
This band deserves to play in great venues such as this instead of the bland Civic Centers that I have seen them in in the past.

APFS....... Come back!!!!

Steve
There are only two types of music.   Floyd... and all that other stuff.

Keep it quiet Steve but I have my suspicions that the band sneak a look at these pages from time to time.
Are we nearly there yet?

Ah yes me too.....The Joint was fantastic (except for the abridged setlist...and btw why was the Oct 12 show cut down?) but felt the show at The Aladdin Center for the Perfoming Arts  2 years prior showcased the boys on a larger scale.  Look into this for me Thanks

Hey Steve-

The Aussies actually did play at Tthe Flint Center in March of 2004 - that was my first  APF show. It is a great venue, except they have a bunch of old people serving as the ushers that are very cranky!

Merry Christmas - everyone - Happy New Year!

I'm really picky about venues.  My all time favourite was the Rainbow at Finsbury Park nowadays its the RAH, although I love the Astoria for stand up shows.  You can stand at the bar and still see the whole stage  ;D

The Orchard in Dartford is excellent but it's quite small - a tad smaller that Croydon's Fairfield Hall, but much nicer.  Hate driving to Croydon, so come to Dartford instead please  ;D

I saw Greg Lake at the Orchard a couple of years back and it was very good.  The sound is great and as good as the Fairfield Hall.  I'm going back to the Orchard in Feburary to see Madama Butterfly sung in Italian simply for that reason  ;D

Dudley Castle was great ... thoroughly approved of that venue.  Pity I missed Rochester though as that's much closer to home.

And don't forget the warm up act that Debby loves to love, "Bollocks Craply"
