TOPIC: Ticket Problem

I bought tickets for next Tuesday RAH show from SEE Tickets back in November and have yet to receive them. I have phoned up a couple of times and they asy there still wiating for the tickets from the promoter. Obviously I'm getting anxious as the gig is getting very close, so I phone again today and get the same reply about waiting for them. To cut it short everytime I phoned I felt a bit fobbed off and tell ask them how exactly there planning on geting the tickets to me by Tuesday. Anyway they offered to arrange for me to pick them up from the RAH, but I would have to wait until Tuesday. He siad he could send me a confirmation email saying what they where going to do (which I have yet to recieve). My main worry is that me and my mate will go to the box office and there wont be any tickets for us.
Has anyone else here bought tickets for the show from See Tickets? Or having similar problems?
It looks like people already have there tickets, so why should I be having a problem?

So sorry to learn of your problem. It wont help if I tell you that my RAH tickets arrived here last December.
    There is only one lesson to learn from this sad story. Buy your tickets direct from the venue box office. I use ticketbastard only as a last resort and have never ever used any other ripoff inflated admin charge agency. You are forced really to trust see.tickets when they say that tickets can be collected from the venue on the night of the gig.
                    If I was able to help you then I would. As would most of the people on this site.
      Anybody got any constructive suggestions as to what to do?

hi, do you know your seat numbers? i would phone or email rah direct and explain the problem, when you bought them did you get a confirmation email, if you did print it off,have you got a bank statement with the transaction? and take them with you on the night make sure you get there early to sort any problems,good luck.

Thanks for the replies, I did get a conformation email of sorts as it seem to be a order conformation rather thatn a booking. I'm sure I got a booking conformation as well but it must have been deleted by mistake. I do however have the seat numbers ETC so will phone the RAH to see what they say.

I'm really sorry to hear about this pinkerton - it's a bad do.

As canberra has said though, get in touch with the RAH direct - I've always found them to be very helpful.
