Sadly tonights show was cut short as a band member fell ill during the show.....

Great first set, very similar set list, if not identical, to the one posted for last night in Dublin.
I took my Dad along, who was lucky enough to have seen the real Wall tour in about 1980, and we were both very impressed.

The second set started with Shine on, then into Time.
Something didn't seem quite right, as Steve was not on stage during Time leaving Damian to cover all the guitar work. I'm not sure if they normally play it this way but it looked like they were being stretched a little, and Jason kept looking into the wings as if to say "where the hell is he ?"

At the end of the song, Damian's wry smile to the other band members said it all, then a techie guy came out, and they announced that they'd have to take a short break due to technical difficulties.

A few minutes later someone came on stage to announce that a band member had been taken ill and that the show could not continue. They didn't say who but we guessed it was Steve.

The audience was remarkably cool about it and just left quietly, but very disappointed that the show had been cut so short.

Whoever got ill - hope you get well soon!
Alan

Thanks for coming back to North Wales, we really appreciate quality gigs like the ones you put on up here - you blew me away at the Faenol in Bangor a few years back!!

I took my son and his mate (both 9 yrs old) tonight and they really loved the show.

Hope things are OK following the hiccup and that you are firing on all cylinders as soon as possible.

Now then, Roger Waters on Thursday - roll on!!

Diolch yn fawr!!

I went last night as well, first time seeing them and was disappointed seeing them cut the set short. However it was amazing while it lasted! Some people who were sitting next to me had left at half time!
The echo of a distant time comes willowing across the sand and everything is green and submarine.
