Hello and welcome to the forum. I've done some looking around and from what I can tell the concert is supposed to be at the "Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias de Valencia", have you had a look at the website
www.cac.es/ maybe you'll have more luck in finding some information than I have - sorry I don't speak any Spanish.
