Hello to everyone here, found this site by accident as I'm looking forward to the April 19th gig at
Leicester, and was searching for approx length of shows the guys play, so as whether it might be a good idea to book the Monday off work

This will be the first time I've seen TAPF properly, as many many years ago I saw them at a tiny village hall (Wilbarston) that probably only holds about a hundred and I wasn't that bothered about going but I knew the guy who organized shows there. (wasn't really into Floyd then :-[ :-[)

Anyway thanks for the site looking forward to being a regular visitor :)

TAPFS shows for this tour(The Wall in full and encores) are nearly 3 hours i think so a show starting at 8 won't be finished until near 11.

I saw them last in 2007 and they started at 8 and finished at about 10.45.

Welcome to the site bj85531 It's always good to see new folks on here. I just saw their show in Dec in Vancouver Canada, and it was just first rate. We all look forward to a review from you after the show. In the mean time keep chatting!

The show was indeed about 3 hrs which included intermission.

Welcome to the forum bj85531, I am sure you will find a massive difference in the new show if the last one you saw was so long ago. Every time I see them I keep thinking that they must have reached a point where they can not surprise me any further with the quality of their show, but each time I go I have never been disappointed to find that the whole evening is a new peak in their performance.
