Hey myobus, whereabouts do you live? I'm in Cape Girardeau, Mo. just 100 miles south of St. Louis. Like you I've caught the last two APFS concerts at the Fox Theater (was lucky enough to see the real thing in Nashville in '94) but don't think I'm going to be able to make it next week. Tuesday night just doesn't work well for me and besides I frickin' HATE the Scottrade Center. Lousy acoustics, uncomfortable seating, etc. etc. There's still a chance we might go at the last minute but I kinda doubt it. Hate to miss them, I've been looking forward to their return since last years awesome performance of The Wall. Cape Girardeau is a college town and we have an arena here (the Show Me Center) that would be perfect for a TAPFS concert. I know the Director of Marketing there and he says he's looking into booking them every year but it doesn't look like it's ever gonna happen. While the arena is a perfect match for them I don't think the town fits the bands demographic requirements. If we decide to go I might drop you a PM and buy you a beer there!

android.  i see that you hate the scottrate centre due to lousy accoustics etc. gareth darlington runs the sound for the show and is very good at what he does. he has worked in many types of arenas and many have had bad accoustics and he has made them sound better than anyone else has. thats a fact.  i am sorry to hear that the day of the show does not work well for you. it is understandable however considering the distance away from the arena..

myobus. have fun at the meet and greet. everyone in the band is very pleasant to be around and are not uptight in any way.
