I know that it's absolutely nothing to do with this site or indeed anyone here at all really but what the h*ll are CMP up to ? As of yesterday, not only were the 2010 tour dates still not mentioned on the official site but even now that they've finally got around to updating the site for the first time apparently since September they still aren't shown and the only update seems to be a news item along the lines of "online store opening for xmas - come and give us your do$h" ! 

I mean they've never been much good in the PR department IMHO (even ignoring the forum fiasco of years gone by) and relevant site updates have generally been late at best or not at all at worst for almost as long as I can remember.  However, I think they're seriously taking the pee just now though and would suggest that this reflects badly on the Aussies who are always so professional in everything they do. I don't know if they have or not but I presume that a Press Release has been issued by someone seeing that tour info can be found all over the place if you go hunting for info rather than it perhaps being just a case of venues/agencies/others jumping the gun a bit so why on earth is the official site still way behind the times ? Hardly good PR when fans or even just potential punters in general cannot get up to date and very relevant info from the most obvious of all places to look for it - The Official APFS Website - is it  :

Could it be that there's been a bit of a falling out or something and changes are afoot ? I may well be 100% wrong and all that but the wording of the "xmas sale" news item does kinda seem rather more like a closing down sale announcement than anything else to me but if they are still supposedly running the show and will continue to do so then I reckon they certainly need a real good kick up the backside if nothing else !

Chas needs to have a little chat with somebody who as well as being computer literate has a boundless enthusiasm for promoting the band....who could that be I wonder ? ;D
