Hi I am slowly loosing the will to live ;D, I received a email and a phone message from Ticketmaster to say there is an error on the ticket stock for my Aussie tickets (it don't say which and I have both M.E.N and Sheffield booked), they ask me to return my tickets to Ticketmaster, Freepost,NAT6890, M/Cr M1 1BB. They also say I could ring them on 08444 999 999 and speak to a CSA.
This is where my problem gets so frustrating, I must of spent a fortune ringing them and still cant get to speak to a human person to help me, on one link it says "to speak to a Customer Service Agent please press 1" I do this listen to there message then the robotic message says end of message and I get cut off.
Has any one else had this problem with Ticketmaster and what should I do as I am reluctant to send back tickets as (A) they don't say which gig the ticket problem refer to and (

they don't say anything about reissuing them. >
