My first experience (and what an experience) of TAPFS was at The Junction in Cambridge but I can't remember the year - I'm guessing it would have been early to mid 90s.  I've trawled the Tour Dates history on this site but it's not listed, can anyone else recall?  A friend & I went just for fun knowing nothing about the band, and were completely blown away when they opened with SOYCD with us just 10 feet from the stage - a small venue (wider than it is deep) with standing only,  what a contrast with the O2 where you could barely make out who was on stage.

I reckon probably 1994 or '95.  Yes pretty amazing to think they have now played the likes of the Royal Albert Hall, Wembley Arena and the O2!
Mind you, just a couple of years or so ago they did play in a cow shed near Cambridge at the 'Cambridge Rock Festival'! That was a blinder..great show.

That was a great show. Once they got it started after they blew their power up after the first few heartbeats at the beginning of DSOTM.

I suspect that was it and it's wrongly listed on the Tour dates page (as The Corn Exchange).  Subsequent Cambridge gigs were at the Corn Exchange - I went to every one up until around 2002/2003 when I moved and Ipswich became more convenient.
