Do you want to discuss the upcoming & booked 2010 TAPFS (soon-to-be TBPFS) NA tour?  Then yes... unless you want to make a point and draw a line between the line-up that has the Aussies in it and the one that doesn't.

It will all be more simple once the 2010 TAPFS NA tour ends, and that line-up becomes TBPFS.

I think TBPFS is going to stick to the UK and Europe. I haven't heard anything about them coming to the US, and all of their tour dates are in the UK right now.

Time will tell.  If previous history with TAPFS (no matter what line-up) is a guide, we never hear anything about about NA tour dates until July/August with "official" tour date announcements being made in late August and finalized into early September.

You'll note that there still is no "officially" announced NA tour for 2010... yet individual venues are currently advertising gigs.

CMP announced that the previously contracted 2010 Fall N. American tour will go on as scheduled with the line-up being much the same as the last few years as TAPFS. After that I'd be stunned if TBPFS didn't do the same with the name change and new graphics, etc. and the line-up as announced by TBPFS. Of course all of this could change through litigation.. :-[
