I thought I would share with you my vocal on GGITS. Being brave here, opening myself up for critisism. It is a backing track, home recording so nothing fancy, no slide etc. Best to use headphones rather than pc speakers to minimise distortion.

Hi Sarah,

You have a lovely voice! GGITS is a really tough song to sing.    I would add compression to smooth out the vocals a little but it sounds great.

Did you play/record the backing tracks also?

Hey Sarah, you've come along way from singing along to Aled Jones ! Enjoyed that, thanks for posting.

Sarah, you have studied that note for note, terrific job. My only cronstructice advice would be to work on the smoooooth flowing quality of it. Think silky, and scoop and slide up and down between those notes of yours. The vocals do come across as been a bit choppy at times. Maybe have some images in your mind that make the piece very emotional for you. Pain, suffering, relief, sadness, relief, death, hurt and meloncholy. But It's a great effort you made and well done. As someone said, not an easy piece to do.
