What you want is to get hold of "A Treeful of Secrets" bootleg if you can find it. The entire thing runs to 18 CDs, the 18th of which is full of artwork, press cuttings and all sorts of other goodies.
I had a link to a website which lists the entire contents of it but I can't find it now and I think it's been taken down, but I found the contents list elsewhere all bunched up in one unreadable screenful of text!
