At the moment I'm just listening toThe Floyd live at Oakland Coliseum Arena May9,1977. A good quality recording
Find it at concerts.wolfgangsvault.com
its rather a good site with a great selection of gigs from the 60's and 70's.
You can pay to download so its all legal ?
Ive just found another one on the same site, with a great set list.
Live at Fillmore West
San Francisco 29April 1970.
I suppose many of you will already have these recordings,so all well and good but I just love the quality of the sound.
Pay to download?
NO NO NO NO!!
You should never pay for any bootleg recording. People who sell them are very bad people. The legality of bootleg recordings is in debate anyway, but people who charge for them should be shot. It particulatly annoys me when I see my Roger recording from Hyde Park for sale on Ebay.
All of the shows you mentioned above and hundreds more are available for FREE download by joining a good-quality hub, or asking me nicely to get it from said hub for you.
And yes, Oakland is a good show, as is Fillmore West 1970. It's one of my favourite shows.
