My apologies if this story has already been brought up on this forum.

This Mr Christopher Hughes wrote about the final farewell tour of Pink Floyd that never was: The Final Cut Tour. It's an exciting review of "The Greatest Show On Earth". It's a detailed and beautiful story and yes I wept...
