Well what can I say, this show was just superb and VERY loud
We went down on National Express coaches, supposedly a direct link to Wembley, but for some reason we picked up at Leicester, then the driver got lost in Leicester for an hour ??? We drove round and round and at one stage he took a dead end and had to turn the bus around

Eventually we got out of Leicester and then ended up at Milton Keynes for another pick-up. We got to Wembley around 3.30pm.
Very Impressed with Wembley as a venue, it is my first visit to the new Wembley and what a stadium it is, facilities are good, but food and drink prices are, as always, high.
The first band on stage were The Answer, I was very happy with their performance and enjoyed their set, although a very short 45 minutes. Good old rock with a definite Led Zep feel.
Second band on the billing were The Subways, didn't enjoy these at all, repetitive and a poor performance , too much talking and swearing, enough said.
During the interval we moved the the unreserved seating, we were stood near the front but things started to get scary, people pushing forward, alcohol fuelled muppets forcing their way to the front, we did see some fists flying at one stage.
Then onto AC/DC, the intro started and the crowd erupted. A huge train on the back drop of the stage appeared from behind the video screens with steam pouring from it, then they burst into Rock And Roll Train, the power of the sound was amazing. The boys played all their classics, Back In Black, Shoot To Thrill,The Jack, Whole Lotta Rosie(accompanied by a huge Rosie mounted on the back of the train ;D), Highway To Hell to name but a few. Let There Be Rock was just stunning, Angus NAILED the solo like I have never heard before, the finale, For Those About To Rock, the cannons were wheeled out and let rip with tremendous noise, Wembley was shaking and the crowd were loving it. A few fireworks at the end and it was over, two and a half hours of pure rock.
The lighting and the sound at this concert was just spectacular, the PA system was HUGE, two massive stacks either side of the stage that reached the full highest of the stage, two more stacks in the middles of the arena and then another two at the rear, they meant use to hear and feel it ;D ;D
This concert was phenomenal, AC DC still know how to please the crowd and this could have been possibly one of the last chances to see them in the UK as retirement rumours are rife. A superb day had by all 96,000 fans at Wembley.
Got back in at 3.30 this morning, I took some good photo's and video so will have them uploaded soon.
