20 years and out, mmm maybe but Thunder are not out by any means.

They put on an excellent show last night at Rock City, the place was packed to the gunnel's with a very enthusiastic crowd.

The night kicked off with support act Quire boys, they put on a very good hour long performance and got the crowd going.

Then Thunder entered the stage and rocked Rock City for around 2 hours, an entertaining and brilliant performance seeing as the venue is not the best, good sound quality that was very loud towards the end. Thunder played all their well known hits, Low Life In High Places, Back Street Symphony, Love Walked In and English Man On Holiday, which is quite fitting as I bugger off to Corfu Tomorrow for 2 weeks ;D  A fantastic performance form a good old British rock band, it's just a shame they are calling it a day, or are they??

Oh I hope they're not 'out' Leaat.

I went along to one of the farewell gigs and they blew the roof off the place. Had to be one of the best gigs I've been too (and believe me,I've been to a few) Musically they were superb,Danny's voice was the best I've heard it.
Thunder worked the crowd so well and not a single sole was sat on their seat after the first resounding thumps to 'Backstreet Symphony' as the band took to the stage. Including my BF who had only heard of Thunder through me.He was very Impressed Indeed and now plays their music on his way to work In a morning lol

Jason Bonham opened the night I saw them.Very good indeed and he had a few words to say that amused the crowd

I do hope to see them again somewhere, sometime soon. It's a sad day for fans when Danny hangs up his mic,Harry his sticks etc and the rest of the boys also. I've got a sneaky feeling we'll see them again..........Maybe not all together, but I have heard they're In the middle of solo projects
