I'm thinking of going to see 'The Musical Box' at Liverpool in October. Anyone else going? They are doing their Black Show from the 1974 Selling England By the Pound Tour. Sounds good to me.

Save your money and go to see The Musical Box. I saw them doing
the Selling England show in Nottingham last night and, as usual,
it was spectacular. A real Genesis show done by a band with serious
respect for their legacy. The most upsetting part is when you see TMB
it reminds you of what an absolute genius Phil Collins is.
Nobody in my experience wrote such inventive percussion parts
and had the amazing technical ability to play them.
It makes him even more of a tart that he plays the complete
shite he has for the last 25 years.

Must admit I'm tempted to go to this gig, I will have to see what's in my piggy bank. :-[

Their new web site is the most infuriating thing I've ever tried to navigate. Don't let that put you off the show, though, it's amazing. No hint on there about their impending retirement in their current form, but I still think it's likely.

I may be tempted by Wolves Civic Hall, but I've not found a site that shows me where the seats are; and at ?30 a pop, I'm not buying blind.
