.... this evening I have had difficulty with the 'TAPFS and floyd related discussion' and the 'Forum stuff' threads.

I can read the posts in these threads but I do not have the full menu bar which appears in the top right hand corner of the screen (the menu bar that contains 'reply', 'notify', 'mark unread', 'send this topic' and 'print'. I don't have the 'quote' button in these threads either.

The other threads on the forum are OK and appear with the complete menu bar available.

Can anyone tell me what i have done wrong please?

'Most Senior Members' cannot be expected to navigate even the most basic of forums. Have you not considered retirement, I can heartily recommend it as a way of passing the time, or unit of existence or whatever larry calls it. It's alright for him, he's got loads of existence left.

So that's a 'no you can't help me in any meaningful way' then is it Phil?  ;D ;D

What me, I have problems tuning into the BBC :

Mike, try rebooting your computer, this often helps with these sort of things as it restarts everything back to its base settings.
