Right, what is your favourite meal is terms of both to get in say a restaurant and to cook as well.
My favourites are to make is either shepards pie from scratch or a great big meat feasted panini (bacon, sausage etc)
But to get in a restaurant is a curry all the time! prefer my mums curry any day though!

I ask this as I need some ideas for cooking stuff, just in general and to try other things in restaurants or something!

Cheers people, im sure there are some great cooks out there, im looking at Diane, Debs and Larry on this one (I just think you look like a great cook fella haha!)

Like you my fave whilst eating out would have to be a Curry - you can't beat a good old Ruby !

As for cooking I'm useless, only thing I cook decently is a Spag Bol and that's because I learnt in my student days.

I cooked up a nice tomato sauce for the sausages last night:

Sainsbury's tomato sauce with added chopped tomatos, tomato puree, garlic paste, generous amounts of Worcestershire sauce (I prefer the extra thick stuff from Waitrose), mixed herbs and pepper.

Goes well with diced chicken too.
