TOPIC: Don't tell larry

Don't tell larry 5 years, 4 months ago #1

I want to convert a flac file to MP3 for my son to listen on his ipod. I have a shn converter but not a flac converter. I can see lots on the web but I'm looking for a reliable, easy to use and of course freeĀ  recommendation.

Why don't you ask those nice people on Echoes Hub? I'm sure they'd be really helpful with this. You could even offer to share your converted file on there afterwards. ;D

Or you could try dBpowerAMP.

Well the way I figure this problem Phil, is that you need to delegate the job! But not to me since I don't know what the hell you are talking about! LOL

I'm surprised you don't have Foobar already Fossil.

Skid's right - just load the files into Foobar, select the ones to convert and choose Convert -> WAV (but not single file output).

I didn't tell you this.
Be very very careful what you put into that head, because you will never ever get it out. Thomas Cardinal Wolsey (1471-1530)

I have foobar but from what you are saying I suspect that when I d/l it I did not select the conversion bit.
