Has anyone got 9 across in today's Telegraph crossword?

It's doing my head in.

I've not got the Telegraph,
what's the clue, and what letters have you got?

OK.

Arranged the rentals for hives (6-4)

N _ _ _ _ _ _ _ S _

I have others too but I just can't see this one for trying.

I knew it was an anagram of that but I just couldn't get anything!

I met the guy who invented crosswords the other day.  I can't remember his name but it was P something T something something.

Hey, thanks for that!

I think I'll quit whilst I'm ahead.
I'm generally crap at broadsheet crosswords. I get about 3 answers, then get stuck. - especially the cryptic ones
