I'm a big kid at heart and I have to say I'm looking forward to it, although I have to drive to work.
I don't think we've had decent snow (lasted more than 3 days) in the Midlands since '87 or '89.
Aunty beeb says it will start at 3am and continue till 7pm.

Hopefully my kids will enjoy it too. 

Damn straight Enigma I'm with you on this, so much so I'm staying up to see if all this snow talk is true and if it isn't then there will be trouble.

I just got up and here in N19 it's heavy and thick.  So I'm not going to work today.

The trains are buggered.  I'll take some pictures later.

Nothing in Manchester yet. I'm hoping it holds off until this evening and then they cancel the meeting I'm due to attend.

What a load of rubbish, I've just looked out of my bedroom window and it's already turned to slush on the road and I can still see grass.
Somewhere between 5 and 10 cm we were told, bloody weather people.
I woke up at 2.30am and looked out the window, it had already finished snowing then.
Oh well, bring on the rain.

OK, I've just looked out the window and it's started snowing again...
