Does anyone get their TV/broadband/phone service through Virgin Media?  I was with Telewest before Branson recently bought them out and since then I've got a good deal on my package (oo-er).

I get 10Mb broadband (recently "upgraded to 20Mb where available" and I think North London is one of those areas), the full TV package (125 channels excluding Sky Sports and Sky Movies which cost extra), and phone line including free landline calls 24 hours a day and free voicemail, all for ?56 a month.

Although I don't use it much, cancelling my phone line will save me a massive 50p a month, and the upgrade to the full TV package was only ?4 a month thanks to the saver bundle I have on my account.  I may as well keep the phone at that rate.

I negotiated all that down from ?77 a month when Telewest were in charge.

Has anyone else managed to get a similarly good deal out of Sir Beard, or is someone now going to brag that they get all of the above for less thanks to their amazing service provider?

Well Sky One and Sky News are gone for now.

Here's what my current bill has on it (ignore the dodgy formatting):

Telephone Line Rental?11.00
Free Voicemail?00.00
Add Set Box(es) Discount-?10.00
TV Size: XL?11.50
V+ Box (TV Drive)?15.00
Broadband size: XL?37.00
BBXL for price of BBL Bonus-12.00
Phone, TV && BB bundle saving-?10.50
Additional V Box?15.00

TOTAL: ?57.00

Now the Additional V Box is going back so I save ?5 on that (because I already get ?10.00 discount on it at the 3rd item).  The TV size will go to XL and will increase to ?15.50.

You should ring them up and ask them what bundle savings they can do for you, unless you've only been with them a couple of months in which case they may say no.

Dear larry

Make dodgy list formatting in posts a thing of the past with the table, tr and td bulletin board code tags. You'll never look back.

Yeah, I couldn't really be bothered to do a table though.

Edit: OK, so I just changed it to a table
