Any chance of dumping the sheilas flyer at the top of the forum home page please? It's driving me nuts.  >

I've tried sticking a bit of gaffer tape on that part of my screen where they appear, but that's cramping my style when trying to do my work.  ;D

Is this something that I can't see?
Is it only for boys?

Ads do just about pay for the running costs of the site, so they are a necessary evil. I don't choose the ads that appear, google profiles the site and advertisers bid for the space. When ads appear that we don't want, I put them in the competitive ads filter and after a few hours, they're gone. Unfortunately, I can't get the properties of flash based ads such as this one to exclude. I have changed the ad banner to text based ads only, so ones like this don't appear again.

Ah, now I understand.

OK, I know it's been mentioned before, but if contributions would be welcomed towards the cost of running this site, then count me in Nick.
