Anyone have special plans this weekend?  We had a small family Halloween party at our house last night.  I went as a coroner, John went as Dumbledor,  Jenny went as a ninja and Amanda went as Spiderman.  Oh, yeah and the dog went as Underdog.  My dad was the funniest costume of all.  He came as a white fairy with pink wings and lots of razor stubble.  He also kept us laughing by doing a dance in the middle of the living room to "The Monster Mash".  And he is worried that I will get into trouble at the TAPFS in Hershey!

Tonight my husband and I are going to my 20th high school reunion.  Right now I'm waiting on my nails to dry.  After the nails are all dry I'm gonna put on my little black dress and go out for an evening of dinner and dancing.  The last time I went out for dinner and dancing I was in college.  I have only ever danced with my husband once.  So, this will be a special night out for us.  I'm not sure if I want to see the people from high school or not yet.  I guess I do.  I'm just a little nervous about seeing them after all these years I guess.

Sunday we are sleeping everything else off!  LOL

I hope it all went well? and that you are still talking to your husband,after he spent the evening crushing your feet because he'd forgoten how to dance.

We did have a great time.  John did not dance much.  He definately isn't much of a dancer.  When he did dance he was holding himself way too stiff.  So.......one of my old girlfriends came up behind him and grabbed his bum and started shaking it.  We all had a good laugh and teased him about having the perfect plan to get the ladies to grab his bum.  I spent a lot more time dancing than he did.  He seemed content to sit back with a beer and watch me dance.  I danced with a lot of classmates.  We were seated with some people I really was glad to see again.  I don't know when the last time I was hugged so much. I had lost track of several good friends and they were there last night.  Also they handed out directories with all the classmates addresses, phone numbers and email addresses.  I also met a classmate's wife who is trying to get some diabetes awareness stuff going in the mountain area.  I am doing the same in the valley.  So we are going to put our efforts together.  I really thought that I would end up with nobody talking to me, but I think I talked to everyone.  It was a good night.  I did get a few dances in with my husband.  I don't mind if he isn't the greatest dancer.  I just like being close to him.
