It's just been reported on the BBC news that the little 9 year old girl who went missing about 3 weeks ago, Shannon is her name I think, has been found alive and well. I don't know the circumstances except that the police have arrested a man in connection with the incident. I just hope that she has not been violated and will be able, in time, to resume the life of a normal, happy little girl.

Her family must be absolutely ecstatic and I, for one, am so happy for them.

Good news indeed, I for one feared the worse. When a child has been missing like that for 3 weeks it's not often that's there's a happy outcome.

Poor kid, I hope she's going to be OK after what she's been through, what ever it was. It's so good to hear that a missing child has been found. What a refreshing change indeed.
