Today marks the 90th anniversary of the RAF and to celebrate, the Red Arrows and 3 Typhoons did a flypast over London. Currently I am on a 4 day induction course for TfL and this is being held on the 23rd floor of the Empress State Building so I had a really good view of the flypast. I managed to take some photos and I just thought I'd share them with you. They were taken with my mobile phone so aren't as impressive as seeing it in the flesh. Don't know about you guys but I always feel a massive sense of pride whenever I see the Red Arrows.

Wow i bet that was great to see looks like you had a good view ! i have always wanted to see them 

Must admit I've seen 'The Reds' a lot over the years and they still impress me. Formation flying at it's very best and British dammit  ;D

Last year when we were at the Mother-in-Law's in Lyme Regis, the RA's did a display as part of Lifeboat week there - it was the only dry day of the week.  I would always recommend seeing them as they put on a good show
