I executed an eviction last week on a scroat who was annoying the neighbours in a block of flats that I manage. Time of eviction was 11am, time of black bin bags being carried out of flat by tenant & mates 9am per block caretaker. Once the locksmith had got us inside the flat we discovered the remains of a small cannabis cultivation operation but not enough evidence left to pass to the police for a conviction.
Ah well you win some you loose some.
