Whats up folks, just wondering what everyones favorite concerts were this year and from the past few years! I was just at coachella and it was freaking AMAZING. So many awesome bands, i want to go back already! I'm also a big korn lover and although i havent actually BEEN to one of their shows my favorite show from them would have to be their new DVD live in montreux..from back in 04'. All their best stuff on there and makes me WISH i could have been there haha. Any other korn lovers on here? Anyone else like metal or hard rock???

The best concert for me so far this year would have to be Roger Waters at the Liverpool Echo arena, fantastic gig and well worth the money. This concert would be closely followed by the Aussie Floyd shows this year, Birmingham and Sheffield both great concerts.

The most outstanding gig for me would be Pink Floyd at Maine Road, Manchester 08/08/1988, closely followed by the Earls Court 'Division Bell' concerts.

You could say that I'm a hardened metal / heavy rock / hard rock fan. I've been to see so many bands over the years including Alice Cooper, Whitesnake, Iron Maiden, Slipknot, Korn , Deep Purple, Ozzy Osbourne, Twisted Sister, Kiss, Def Leppard,  Motorhead, Ted Nugent, Thunder, Metallica , this list goes on and on, a sign of a misspent youth , but I'm now 40 and still love a good concert.

My most prized concert is seeing Roger waters 3 times, but seeing Metallica at Wembley was amazing

Best show i've ever seen was Rush at the SECC in Glasgow on 3rd October 2007. Just a special rock trio who put on one hell of a show.

I saw Korn at Donnington I think it was in 2003.
  They looked and sounded just so tired. I was most disappointed.

Best ever gig for me was Queen at Knebworth in '86. Little did we know it would be the last ever gig with Freddie.
In fact it was my last gig up until 2005 when I saw The Aussies for the first time at the MEN Arena and that was pretty damn good too
