Another thread prompted me to start this one.

I have Rick Wakeman's autograph. I met him when I was 14/15. Our school choir was asked to sing at Gloucester cathedral. I honestly can't remember what it was that we did but it was a whole concert with Rick on the keyboards, some chap called Conrad was doing the narration and there was someone else that I can't remember. I do however remember that Rick Parfitt was sitting in the front row watching us and I was the only one in the choir to know who he was, does that make me sad?!  A few months later Rick was on TV with a professional young choir singing the same concert but in Pompeii, how gutted was I!

Oh and we saw Bill Bailey and his son doing the weekly shop in our local Tesco today!
Hello and thanks for having me.

I've done these before in another topic on here, but always welcome the opportunity to dust these off.

I went to school with Roger Waters' cousin
I had a wee standing next to John Peel at the Buxton Festival in 1972
My band played a show that was compered by Simon Dee
I borrowed Lemmy's leather jacket

I once sat on the next table to Nerys Hughes in a Little Chef back in the early 80's.

I went to high school with the guy that started Amazon.com

At a Sheryl Crow concert where I was engineering the video system, she ran up to me when a big gust of wind almost blew the backline gear over. She's even more beautiful in person!

I recently played with a bass player that toured with Eddy Money back in the 80's. Also played with an alternate keyboard player for Molly Hatchet.. I didn't even know they had a keyboard player!
Hanging on in quiet desperation.....

I once sat three rows in front of Steve Punt at a Bootleg Beatles gig at the Albert Hall back in the 90's.
