Well guys, I have been using this on my laptop for the last 24 hours (Windows XP Pro) and am mightily impressed. The speed compared to Internet Explorer has given my machine the feel of a hardware upgrade! The reviews all say it's much quicker and I can confirm it is. It's really cool for searching, type someting in the address bar and it even suggests what it thinks you are looking for. If you are in the habit of cutting and pasting words that you intend to search Google with, it even gives you a direct link to a search! Clever buggers...... If you use Google Mail or Calendar then they just fly!
PC Pro have a good article, I really recommend you give it a go - stick with it for a day or so, as it does work a little differently to IE 7.0, but it's well worth it ;D I am sold and not going back to Microsoft until IE 8.0, which is reckoned to not be as good as Chrome - it's predicted to be the new favourite? Simple, fast and intuitive is how I would sum it up.
