Football - Leeds United (for my sins)
Cricket - Gods own county of Yorkshire
Rugby - not really a follower but I do look out for the Rhinos or Tykes results as they're my home town teams.

Rugby - Wales + Cardiff Blues
Cricket - Worcester + England
Football - Birmingham (just keep an eye on the results, not a true bluenose) + Wales
