OK whatever is going on....I'm just a little confused about why things on this forum seem to have died completely, well almost completely.

My genuine affection for you all on here didn't change after the site changed, just as it didn't after the old blue site was removed from the Aussiefloyd home page. I know a good deal of you are also on Facebook as fans and as friends too, and that will continue for me. But this site was a hub for us and, I'd like it to be again.

Now whatever happened when the site changed from the notaussiefloyd site to this site shouldn't have changed friendships and the great camaraderie that we all shared. We were a high functioning group of Floyd fans, and I for one miss that social interaction we all had. I'd like us to pick it up a bit again and have a bit of fun. The whole site that we once knew is still here, all the old threads all the banter and all the laughs.

There was several people I new on the notaussiefloyd site that offered for me to visit and stay with them while I was in England the last time...now that is genuine friendship!

Come back and banter!

Maybe it's the fact that we have more lurkers and less posters?? Or could it be something to do with Face book?? Or could it be that the 'specific' Aussie Floyd feel has gone?? I don't know but I have noticed a big downturn and must admit I do visit less now. The old 'crack' seems to have gone and some of the long term regulars with it.

Hopefully with the Aussie doing their UK leg of the tour now, maybe things will pick-up, lets hope ???

No seriously Bob, I think we have just lost interest as it's not what the core members really want or can relate to. Change can often work and things improve, this change seems to have killed the main fan base as it's not a site that draws them in anymore. The blue site and notaussiefloyd worked as it provided just what aussiefloyd fans wanted, their own personal fansite for one of their favourite live bands. TributeHub for me is too diverse and does not give me that personal sense of belonging, so I check by very infrequently now and often stay for only a minute or two after reading the index board. I belong to a couple of other forums and have returned to them.

It's nothing personal, it's just that Tributehub doesn't really interest me as a concept, whereas notaussiefloyd.com did.

I agree, its lost that little something, that made the notaussiefloyd site. I still pop in now and then but not as much as on the aforementioned
