This is quite a common question on forums, so I have uploaded a quick video tutorial to YouTube which should help?

The video has been optimised for HD, so it's best viewed by clicking the HD button (try fullscreen too).

Popular places to host your picture are as follows,

imageshack.us/
photobucket.com/
www.flickr.com/

They are all free so just take your pick, I use Photobucket for this forum, but I like Imageshack too and have not used Flickr. The classic mode in Imageshack is great as it has less crap advertising. Photobucket has become very bloated now and looks a mess!

GG

PS. Sorry Nick, slip of the tongue as in the video I called it "The Aussiefloyd Forum!" ;D

That's because I'm an arse and I added it to your post instead of replying to it. Now rectified, and here it is again:

1. Put it on a picture hosting site such as flickr.
2. Put the url to it in a post on here using img tags, e.g.

[img]http://www.website.com/myphoto.jpg[/img]

You need to make sure you get the url of the photo, not the page it's on. Right click on the photo and select properties if you're not sure.

You're welcome, I spend a lot of time at work trying to explain how to do things for people. I find this method easy for me and normally useful for those asking
