I'm in shock, at last a company that offers excellent customer service.
WHO, you ask, well the company is Belkin.
I have a Belkin surge protection socket, it protects my PC & accs, Hi-Fi, telephone line and aerial. I noticed whilst doing a little maintenance that the protect light had gone off, meaning my equipment was no longer protected from spikes and surges, considering that this socket was at least 6 years old I set about searching around on the net for a new one.
I visited the Belkin web site and noticed that all their sockets had a lifetime warranty, so found a phone number and contacted them regarding my old socket, how pleasantly surprised I was when they said my old socket was covered by the lifetime warranty and would be replaced for FREE with a brand spanking new one, they even paid return postage of my old socket.

They also asked if any of my equipment had been damaged, luckily none had been, they provided cover for damaged equipment as well.
I posted my old socket last Friday and received my brand new one on Tuesday

, it is nice to know that there are still companies out there who do look after their customers and do honour their warranties.
