Just wondering who is doing what for Christmas? We enjoy a traditional Christmas with all the family, lots of good food and drink and quality time walking and enjoying our local nature reserve.

ENJOY ;D

Bit like yourself really - being Polish, we have a double celebration - Christmas Eve for a traditional Polish celebration, Christmas Day for the English/Pagan one a walk on Boxing Day followed by a drink in a very nice pub!  <hic>  :

Enjoy the break

We will be spending Christmas Day as guests of Keats and his fiance, Debbie (she doesn't care much for Floyd, but I'm working on her). Mrs Mike has then planned a full and varied programme of tasks for me to perform which she will instigate on Boxing Day. She informs me that these will take me very nicely up to New Years Eve, when we will travel down to Dorset to spend some time with my youngest son, his wife and our granddaughters.

P.S. You might think, bearing in mind the above itinarary, that laying siege to Tesco or where ever will not be a feature of my life this Christmas. Wrong!!! Even though we aren't entertaining, Mrs Mike informs me that we shall require a turkey etc so that we can have 'left overs' back at ours.  :-

Spending Christmas day at home this year with the wife and kids. Then off to her brothers for St Stephens Day (We don't call it Boxing Day). I'm sure I'll have a Guinness or two over the festive period.

Hope everyone has a great day
