Hello there all i hope you are all alive and kicking well! I just wanted to post a thread to say that you can hear me (Daeyvid Gilmour/Jon) on Hope Radio on www.rado.hope.ac.uk this thursday (the 7th of Dec) between 9-10 in the morning GMT. (yes its early but if youre working youre up anyway!! haha) I shall be playing an acoustic set compromising of my bands songs acoustically and a nice cover and a bit of banter afterwards. If you could listen that would be awesome, and please give me any feedback because I like people telling me of any constructive criticism!

Whist Im here i may as well plug my next gigs haha Barfly 9th December Liverpool 7.30 supporting spider simpson (support for stereophonics) and Barfly 30th of December Liverpool supporting 80's matchbox b line disaster. Next year i think is kicking off with a gig in Hope University on the 13th of january too!

take it easy people and i shall look forward to seeing you at Manchester and the Pops!!

I have the link for download if you want to hear me (yes thats If! haha) but yeah its pretty cool, i make a few little mistakes as i was placed in a chair with arm rests when i had a jumbo acoustic haha!
I played 2 songs (despite i say 3, as there was no time!) but I played one of my own bands songs in a katie melua blues version and the good old wish you were here, despite it being a bit faster and no solo because of time haha!

Jon was kind enough to send it to me on MSN, and it's quite a good listen 14 minutes in total. About half of that is talking at the beginning between Jon and the DJ, chat about how Jon chose his alias, The Hat Of Doom His cover of WYWH was pretty good, didn't include any solos because there wasn't much on air time left. And his own song sounds very Led Zeppy
